Unexpected Results- I feel like a proI was was not convinced that I could manage to color my hair without eliminating the highlights and making my hair look "dyed" by having it a solid mass of color. I struggled a little to just cover just the roots and truthfully some of the color spread onto the ends. But voila- the end result was great and made me feel like a pro. I've been getting my hair colored for years by a great stylist at a salon and I would never have looked at this product but for the Covid-19 orders closing all businesses (but a few). So as the roots grew in and my hair color faded I decided I had nothing to lose and besides if it was awful I was going to be locked down for long enough that it would grow out. I sent a selfie of the new color out to friends who were also amazed at how well it came out. Now I have a problem- I would feel terrible about deserting my stylist after this is all over but I may have to work out a compromise- highlights from her and I do the maintenance? 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Hochwertige Farbe aber leider nicht das gewünschte FarbergebnisTolle Verpackung, einfach Anwendung und die Haare sind danach gepflegt und glänzen wie nach einem Friseurbesuch. Das hat mich total begeistert. Leider weicht das Farbergebnis extrem von meinem angegeben Wunsch ab. Ich hatte persönliche Notizen und eine Bild meine aktuellen Haarfarbe hochgeladen um zu erreichen das mir der Stylist die perfekte Farbe formuliert. Trotz dessen, dass ich beschrieben hatte das ich gerne etwas heller werden möchte und einem Rotstich entgegen wirken will, sind sie kaum bis garnicht heller geworden und der Rotstich ist noch intensiver geworden. Eventuell wäre es besser gewesen wenn der Stylist nochmal Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen hätte um mir mitzuteilen, dass mein Farbwunsch nicht erfüllt werden kann und mit mir eine Lösung gefunden hätte bzw. mich einfach vorgewarnt hätte das ich mit einer anderen Farbe rechnen muss. Schade eigentlich, denn ich bin extrem begeistert von dem Konzept und der Qualität und hätte gerne ein Abo bei eSalon gebucht. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Mala calidadEstaba muy emocionada de probar sus productos yo por dos anos habia usado madisson reed y mi experiencia con e salon fue mala al empezar a usar el tinte tenia un olor super fuerte que me irrito los ojos pero aun asi segui el proceso al terminar el tiempo indicado y retirar el producto el color fue bueno pero mi cabello quedo super reseco y aspero cosa que no es normal en mi hasta mi esposo me dijo esta vez te con que te pintaste el pelo te quedo muy opaco sin brillo como antes y hasta la fecha mi cabello es un desastre no puedo recuperar su textura ni brillo anterior !!
