Best color match EVER!For years I have tried to get my hair dresser to get my hair this color. This is exactly what I’ve wanted for so long and perfect match to my natural color. Love it!I love my custom color! I asked for an adjustment and it turned out beautifully. The color is very close to my natural color but covers my grays (I have a lot) and it is shiny and dimensional. I’ve never been good at dyeing my own hair but the instructions make it so easy. Mixed ReviewI had high hopes for this product. It definitely delivered in being the most gentle hair color I’ve ever used. No bad smell, relatively easy to apply and gentle on my hair. However, I was not satisfied with the root coverage. Most of my roots were still gray even after strictly following the instructions. The color I chose, a dark brown/purple tone had way too much red which led to brassy color where I part my hair on top.
