Great customer serviceOrdered hair color to find out it was being shipped late (due to Covid-19 virus) so I picked up drug store. I wanted to put my order on hold and it was so easy. Brilliant -just needs a slight tweakI have NEVER coloured my hair myself before so this was a real game changer for me, especially during lockdown. The instructions were easy to use, clear and simple with brilliant online guides too. I ordered the cape and tools too as have very long hair and despite a slight, and I mean slight, darker shade that I am used to -which in all honesty was probably due to the picture I sent them - I think I am converted.
