Not the right shade and no gray coverageI spent a lot of time adding pictures, explaining what I was looking for. None of this was taken into account for my “custom” blend and I’m almost positive the shade was just sent as is with no customization. When I stated that the color didn’t work for me (was not even close to the shade I asked for, gave me hot roots, and didn’t cover grays) I was basically met with insinuations that I was too old to get the shade I wanted, the colorist stating that the models in the photos I sent “didn’t look like they were also trying to cover grays”. I’m 34. Maybe this is a good solution if you want exactly the shades they have available, but if you are looking for customization or the kind of consultation/thought you’d get in the salon, look elsewhere. I’m just gonna try blending my own with products from Sally’s, little tip that maybe these “master colorists” could use: when blending yourself, use the percent of a natural color (i.e, brown) corresponding to the percent of gray hair you have. So, for me I have about 20% gray, so I’m planning on using 20% brown, the rest bright red (my desired shade). Good luck! My mistakePlease do not send me anymore hair color. I was under the impression your hair color was more natural ingredients and less chemicals. That is my mistake not yours. Amazing!I have always been to a salon for my hair for many years but when the U.K. lockdown started a few weeks ago I was recommended to try your colour!! I was so impressed. The whole site is easy to use and the consultation really useful as you put up a current pic of your hair and everything is considered before one of the colourists makes your colour up. Amazing Colour. Amazing HairI would just like to say I was very dubious ordering my hair colour this way. I’m not one for taking chances, especially with my hair! Lots of things can go wrong....., As I’ve found out over the years. However, I am very impressed....The colour has blended in With my original hair very well. My hair has a tendency to be dry after colouring but the condition after colour, wash and blow dry was fabulous. It’s not covered my grey completely but I’m sure that’s something I can rectify with the colourist should It become a problem. I’d definitely recommend e-salon. Perfekte FarbeIch habe zum ersten Mal die Ansatzfarbe bestellt und mich über die Hotline mit einer Coloristin verbinden lassen, da ich mich mit meiner derzeitigen Haarfarbe zwischen zwei Farbtönen befand. Sie hat mich optimal beraten und von einer individuellen Farbe überzeugt, die zwischen mittelbraun und dunkelbraun liegt. Das Farbergebnis ist perfekt, die Anwendung war mit den entsprechenden Tools gut machbar. Glanz und Geschmeidigkeit sind optimal. Long lasting colorSince this was my initial coloring it was not exactly the shade I wanted but I know I can change that with my second order. The supplies were more than adequate, the instructions detailed but simple to follow.
