Color/ skin toneEverything was good except for the color. The hair color was too dark, and did not look good with my complexion. Not the desired colorI ordered a pearl mahogany color after I read a review recommending this product. While the instructions were easy to follow and the product was very gentle on my scalp (I usually have issues with dyes stinging and itching), my roots, which were quite prominent with my previous hair color, are the just as dark, while the dye is not nearly as red as advertised. Leider nicht die Farbe die ich wollteIch hatte mehrere Male E-Mail Kontakt, super nette & hilfsbereite Menschen, aber die Farbe die ich bestellt hatte gleicht leider so gar nicht der auf meinem Kopf. Hab Mittelbraunes, ungefärbtes Haar & wollte ein dunkelblond. Ist leider nur ein warmes, helleres braun geworden, also nicht annähernd blond. This was supposed to lighten my hair and it made it darker!I followed all the instructions carefully and fully. This did not lighten my hair a couple of shades as promised.
