Great CompanyI have been with esalon for a few years. I love the ease of dying my own hair whenever I please. I have had nothing, but positive experiences with esalon's and their hair dye line, and hair shine products. The company has one of the best customer services. Hairstylist have always been helpful with my hair tweaking color needs. The company's ordering system is user friendly. First time was a success!I was really scared to try this, but it turned out awesome! The color is amazing. I'm curious to see how long it will stay looking good. Rich colorI just finished coloring my hair this morning and used just the bottle to apply. Directions were easy to understand and follow. Easy to use applicators. I am ready to receive my next package. There was a slight delay from the USPS, but no problems other wise.Heather P, my consultant spoke with me on the phone to clarify my desired color and walked me through the process. Thanks. Color PerfecteSalon got the color correct the first time. I don't often write rave reviews, but this is a incredible product/service. I don't have the time to go to the stylist every 4 weeks. I have struggled to match the color she used even with her guidance of what to buy from the beauty supply store. It was always too dark, too light or too brassy. I sent pictures in for my first purchase. I have now used the product 2 times and the color blends perfectly and is never brassy.
