Love my hair color!I think your service and products are excellent! I receive a special package just for me with all the detailed instructions made so easy. Perfect color match!I was skeptical trying out eSalon, but the offer was too good to pass up. Surprisingly, I received my specialized box in a couple days from the order date. The contents of the box held everything I ordered. The specialized instruction note was very simple to read and follow. I usually use a brush to apply, but decided to try the bottle method for less mess using the quality gloves enclosed. It was so easy that way. I was able to complete the application in the time it recommended and set the timer as per instructions. I 'm happy to report, the dye smelled pleasant and not overwhelming or chemical-like. The shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing also. The whole process went smooth for me. The color was a perfect match and colored all my grey, which has been a problem for me when using my store dyes of choice. Thank you for this service! Custom Hair Color/eSalon Works Great!I really liked the consistency of this product. It mixed up fast and easy. The color was a little darker than I thought it would be. Covered my gray very easily, better than store bought hair color. I was pleased with the easy application and the amount given. Most store bought hair color's don't cover all my hair but eSalon's did a great job covering it all and then some. I am very pleased with the program and product. My only concern was the continued auto send option. When I found out I could purchase it as I need it I was thriled. Most products set-up like this you can not purchase when you want to they send your product every 4-6 weeks anyway. Impressed!I really like that there are two custom made shades, one for my roots and the other for my ends. This is extra helpful because I have long hair. The color was a great match, no brassiness, and after week 3 the grays are remain covered. My hair was damaged from lifting and now feels healthier.
