WOWLove my color. So natural looking. AND its really great to have EVERYTHING you need right in the box. Only suggestion would to put another "stain remover" in the kit. The color is perfectly even and nutures my hair!The color is consistently perfect. Initially I requested several tweaks and the colorist was very patient and got it perfect. I was using over the counter color that was dark brown and I've been working on medium brown. This system has been helpful for that. I always love opening my custom hair color package. It always includes two pairs of gloves, stain preventer and remover, shampoo and conditioner. Two pairs of gloves are very handy-one pair for application and a second pair for rinsing out the color.
