Terrible customer serviceThe product is good and very good quality. But their cusromer service is terrible, they ignore my email and no response at all. I ordered once and unfortunately the color didn't work out. It was my mistake because I forgot to cancel, however not even a heads up from them that the renewal was coming up. We did receive your email on the day of processing the order, but we would advise calling us when you need an order canceled on the same day. That way, you're speaking to a customer service representative immediately who can look into this. Our email response time can take a day or so. We do actually send a reminder 5 days before processing an order, just to let you know of the scheduled upcoming order.
