Worst hair experience since I was 12This dye turned into gummy glue on my scalp. It took me an hour to get some of it out. It was a two hour process total I finally used shower gel which was only thing that would break it up a little. I had to comb it out of every piece of hair. It was especially awful at back of hair and over ears. It was an awful experience and I have died and not enjoyed dying my hair at home for over 30 years. I really wanted this to work!This is the 3rd try on the hair color with adjustments requested each time to see if it would work. I left the color on for 60 minutes this time.. 20 minutes longer than told to do. I started with my grey areas first at the temple and roots.. but the color still would not take at the temple area & in some of the root area. I am so bummed as I really hoped this would work, but I can't seem to find a solution. The color itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, I have cancelled my subscription.
