Didn't Honor the GuaranteeEmailed that I wasn't crazy about the color. It wasn't what I wanted. I asked for them to send the correct color and was just told they would adjust for my next order. Very impressedI regularly have my roots done by a hairdresser every 6-7 weeks, an expensive business but worth it. The current lockdown meant i developed a noticeable inch of grey/white at my roots. So turned to e-salon as an inbetween measure. But i am so impressed that i think i will not be going back to the hairdresser. The colour match is spot on, definitely as good as the hairdresser. I worried that I would have a band of different colour but no. My hair also feels in great condition. Of course this was my first go. Tolle Farbe, toller Service!Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass die Qualität der Haarfarbe wirklich so ein Riesenunterschied zur Farbe ist, die man im Drogeriemarkt kauft. Das Ergebnis ist wirklich toll, Preis-Leistungsverzeichnis ist ausgezeichnet. Ich habe keine Migräne von der Farbe wie bei den Farben aus dem Drogeriemarkt, mein Haaransatz und die Längen haben einen sanften Farbübergang, die Grauabdeckung ist sehr gut. Die Farbe fällt nicht aus den Haaren und färbt nach dem Waschen nicht ab auf den Handtüchern oder über Nacht auf den Kopfpolster. Die beigelegten Produkte (Shampoo, Conditioner, Vaseline und Tüchlein gegen Verfärbungen) sind von hoher Qualität und haben einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Die Anleitung ist klar und sehr gut verständlich. Das Päckchen ist sehr liebevoll zusammengestellt. Ich freue mich jedes Mal, das Päckchen zu öffnen. Red hair very hard to matchI was astonished just how good a match this product was to the colour my hairdresser uses. My hair is still almost all still my own colour even though I am 76 but my hairdresser said under no circumstances should I go grey cos red haired people are often very pale.
