My hair looks 20 years younger!I went grey in my 30s, and when really thick coarse hair goes grey, it gets kinky and unruly. Only a straightening iron has ever made my hair shiny since then. Until now!!! Holy cow... the esalon color is so rich and my hair is so shiny, I need sunglasses to look in the mirror! I use their shampoo and conditioner as well, since it's all part of the ecosystem. I just switched to the Classic version, and hope it's as amazing as everyone says. It's not cheap, since my roots need to be done every few weeks, but my hair looks so great I don't care, And I just got the camo wand (hair mascara). The coverage is nice and solid, which will extend the time between colourings a bit. I'm really excited to try the purple rinse too... I'll update with a new pic when I do. But there are drawbacks to esalon too. I'm not thrilled that to get free shipping I'd always have to buy quite a bit more than what I need. And even before the current cross-border situation, it took forever for my order to get to Canada... close to three weeks! Having to pay AND still have a long delay - that's pretty hard to swallow in the Amazon era of free next day shipping. Great product, needs better communication/ greener packagingMy natural hair color is not easy to define let alone match. Esalon got it right the first time and I was very pleased. My hair felt great and the color seems to be holding well. I experienced 2 concerns that should be considered. I sent follow up questions by email which were not answered. (I expected the reply to be slow due to the current situation. But my questions were not answered in any way.) Also there is a lot of packaging, which is necessary to some degree. I believe that the packaging could be greener, with cardboard inserts to replace plastic ones and the option to pay a little more for reusable items like brushes and sturdier gloves. (Tye gloves were so cheap that one of them ripped to shreds as I was trying to put it on.) Rocking this colour!Totally on the money when it came to getting the colour correct; seamless blending of root greys with hair lengths so as to avoid obvious regrowth, and oh so easy to apply - who needs to go to a salon, wouldn't change a thing!! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Very pleased with this purchase!Very surprised how fast I received this product although when I went to open the box, color must have leaked out of the second color bottle. There was color on the outside of bottle, in the plastic holder that the bottles sat in, the inside of box and instructions. I had to be careful taking everything out of the box.
