Missing the brush to applyI had no idea that i was supposed to safe the applicator brush from my first purchase. The refill was disappointing because it is really difficult to apply without an applicator. I've just gone into your store to try and purchase one and they are all sold out. I am duly impressed.I am a color snob. Only hours spent in a salon spending hundreds of dollars...I WILL NEVER STEP IN A SALON FOR COLOR AGAIN! I panicked like crazy when the solution was on my hair! ( I was like frickin frack@$!#!) It was dark but I followed the directions to the letter and tah dah! I am blonde again...Thank you! Thank you for convincing a doubter. COVID ColorFirst time I tried coloring my hair at home, I have always gone to the salon but due to the pandemic had to cover the gray at home. .I answered a few questions, received my color in the mail , applied and got the color I was hoping for it was easy to apply and the instructions provided were easy to follow. First time successNever done anything like this before. Used it for lowlights on my ash blonde hair and to cover grey and so pleased with the outcome. Would thoroughly recommend. Think my 2 daughters need to recover from the shock first as I have suggested a full head of lowlights next time! The whole service has been so professional - I am a convert! amazedi was a bit nervouse when i got my first hair color kit. i thought it would be alot to do but i truly wasn't. it was simple to do . usually after coloring my hair my husband never notices but this time he actually gave me a compliment. he loved and said it looked great and the color was dead on to my normal color. i am a believer and will remain as a client. 4 sur 4 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. I love this color!I have dyed my hair at home for awhile but have not been super happy with the color. There was a special so I thought I would try. I like red hair and the color that was made for me was so rich and vibrant. I love it. Love my colour , would definitely recommend!I ordered my colour back in March, I had an e-mail from e-salon saying they’d reviewed my photo and thought the colour I’d chosen would be too dark, so would be sending a lighter colour . I have just coloured my hair with the recommended colour sent , and I’m delighted with the results ! Must admit I was very nervous to see the results but couldn’t be happier.
