Not sureColour is very strong and good quality, I strictly followed the instructions. My blonde hair came out nice colour however my roots look rather copper ginger tone . My natural hair are dark blonde with bleached highlights. I ordered “medium blonde ash” colour to add a natural look all over, it came up with rather warm tone! Not hugely impressed as was expecting a much cooler tone as ordered “ash”! Not sure what to do, my best guess is to wait until it washes out and then maybe try again. Not sure who to ask for advice! Brilliant colour match!So pleased with the hair dye, I sent a photo of myself in natural light taken outside and made sure I used a mirror while colour matching my hair to the online swatches, when it arrived I was worried as never done this before, anyway applied to just my roots and my hair line to cover the grey and waited the time and washed it off and dried it and can't believe the colour match, it looked really dark brown the dye when on so was trying not to panic and stick with it but it came up the perfect light brown blonde, not even a line to show the join! Great color!This was my second application. The first one didn't last very long, maybe 3 weeks. I left the second application on for longer, about 40-45 minutes and the color was much richer. Très bonne première impressionLe coffret est très complet : vous avez pensé à tout, c'est très bien. La couleur rendue sur mes cheveux est intense et a bien couvert mes cheveux blancs. Maintenant, ce sera dans quelques semaines que je pourrais dire si je suis pleinement satisfaite ou non : en effet les colorations d'autres marques se sont toujours beaucoup délavées sur les cheveux blancs. The WORST! Buyer beware!I bought this product to touch up my blonde/light copper highlights around my face. The kit was labeled dark blonde/copper. The actual color is maroon! I'm not being dramatic, it was maroon. I filled out the online questionnaire, sent in photos, and specified exactly what I was looking to use it for....highlights just around my face! The product comes, I carefully read the instructions, mix the color, and start in with the foils. About halfway through I noticed that it just seemed really dark, which was odd, so I decided to take out the foils and finger comb my hair to blend the color. Understandably, I was nervous after seeing the intensity of the pigment so I decided to wash it out after 10 minutes versus leaving it in for the 20+ that the directions suggested. I cannot share how HAPPY I am that I listened to my intuition. The color isn't dark blonde, copper, or even brown. It is legitimately maroon! Fortunately since I blended it in, washed it out quickly, and only applied a small amount it isn't that bad but it absolutely is NOT good! I would never buy this product or recommend it to anyone. Also the fact that this statement "We reserve the right to not post your review or remove it for any reason." is posted on their review page leads me to believe that all of their "5 Star reviews" are bogus!
