OMG!!My colour arrived at around 9am and I couldn’t wait to try and fix my disaster from last week. It is brilliant!! You obviously did consider the comments I made when I tried to explain that colour generally comes out a couple of shades darker on me and this is exactly what I want. Perfect & EasyThe color was perfect. I originally ordered this to just do a touch up. However; because of being quarantined so long, my total hair color had washed out. I called to ask how to run through rest of hair. I received explicit verbal directions followed immediately by an email with new written directions.
