Absolutely FabulousAfter my purchase Paul my colourist contacted me to request a picture. He was extremely honest and advised due to my natural root colour my roots once the colour had been applied could be warmer. I was given 3 options and plumped for continuing with the purchase. I am a key worker and I've been required to attend numerous meetings. I've not felt good for three weeks as my appearance is extremely important to me. I am used to having my hair professional coloured and cut every 6-8 weeks. I was both excited and dubious about the results when my beautifully packaged colour treatment arrived. The instructions were straight forward and easy to read before and during the treatment. Everything had been thought of a sticker to pin the instructions to the bathroom mirror, two pairs of gloves, stain remover, stain guard and even a bag to put the used bottles and equipment in. However nothing eclipsed the results. The roots were not warmer they were fabulous blended beautifully with the rest of my hair. I am extremely impressed and over the moon with the results. I'm just as happy to acknowledge this will save me on average £80 every 8 weeks. A message to Paul personally. Sir you are a true artist. The at home color that feels like a salonI should have chosen a shade to match my hair better. I wanted to try something different and didn’t like the result (my fault). Good productI really liked the personal touches to the kit such as my name on the bottle and the addition of shampoo/ conditioner. There was plenty of product to fully cover head. I only did 4 stars because it didn’t completely cover ever grey hair and it was a little darker than I thought but when doing this yourself it is hard to determine how a color will be with your hair type. Very easy to use and lovely productI have this product a 4* rating because everything was great about the service, delivery, packaging and the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. However, the colour didn’t come out as bold as the shade I’d chosen. I don’t think this is the fault of the product/company as my hair generally doesn’t take to colour well which is why I thought I’d give e-Salon a try! I can’t afford to get it done at a hair salon and so this option seemed really good, better than supermarket hair colour boxes. I like the colour that’s come out and my hair isn’t dry like I read in some reviews, it’s just not as bright as I’d was hoping for. I think that maybe I can’t get that unless I use bleach which I’m not keen on doing. ProfessionalI cant fault the quality or delivery of service. The colour was just not to my personal taste more auburn than I wanted. I have bought different items this to purchase - shampoo and condition as was impressed by these items in the pack. IN LOVEI went from a very light blonde to a store bought medium brown. The results were red, copper, undertones to a rusty brown. I was not a fan. I found eSalon by happenstance, but I wasn’t feeling very hopeful for the outcome. I WAS SO WRONG. I am obsessed with my color, OBSESSED! I went for the darkest brown and told my colorist that I go red very easily, my dye was formulated with me in mind and let me tell you, there is not even a hint of red! I have this gorgeous dark brunette hair with an ashy undertone. It’s so beautiful and I cannot wait for my next batch because it is oddly fun to do also!
