Perfect colorI just finished using the hair color mixture I received and I am thrilled with the results I got. The color is exactly what I wanted and it even covered my gray hairs. Honestly I was sceptical but when I finished drying my hair and saw the results I couldn't wait to tell my friends and family about eSalon. I'm a customer for life. Lol. If at first you don't succeedI tried eSalon for the first time in October and initially did not get the color I was going for. But eSalon definitely made it right. I received credit to place another order, adjusted the color, left notes and received responses for all my inquiries and alterations. An eSalon representative/colorist had even called me to go over my options and discuss what I would like in my next color. The order had been customized carefully and I am much happier with these results! My roots were still a little darker than I was hoping for but the difference between roots and ends looks as if it was an intentional style and I like the color of the ends so I am definitely ordering again in a few weeks! 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
