I have been using this hair color for over a year...My hair stylist asked me what I used and I told her and she commented that my hair was in the best condition than it had been in the last few years of her cutting my hair. I love the shine and condition and the price of this product is great! My daughter recently started using it as well and it covered her hair which was the first product to actually cover and not fade when she chose to go darker. Great grey coverage and all around colorIt is great to be able to gain an idea of what color to change to after taking the survey. The coloring process at home was very easy and the instructions were very easy to follow. The dye itself made my hair color look so vibrant and great. I just love the colors that came out of the bottle. It is not flat at all like when you buy a box at the drug store.
