I love the customization of the personal stylist... and they listen! I ask for some tweaks to my formula and it always works out so well. This is one of the huge advantages over 'box color'. The instructions and all of the little extras (2 pairs of gloves, stain remover, protector, shampoo and conditioner) also make the whole process easier and everything you can need is right there. Love it!

Did a great job coloring the gray. Loved the color. Darker than I like, but perfect for the winter. Easy to follow instructions. Color seems to be lasting much longer than others I’ve tried myself.

Easy to use and instructions are very clear. Everything you need to do it yourself and saves going to the hairdresser for a lot more money.
