This is the first time my hair color turned out the color it was supposed to.With boxed hair color my hair was never the color it was supposed to be. This was right on and beautiful the first time. The product is boxed very nicely and the instructions were very clear. When I had a question I called and they answered my question right away and they were very friendly. The color was exactly what I asked for.Just my application of it needs some help. I'm new to doing my own color. I've helped and colored many times my mother or friends hair. I will try again after learning more tips or perhaps have someone do it for me next time. Last time I dyed I got it right & so did you!!! I adjusted my color and took more time doing my coloring. It turned out Fantastic! Many a compliments I had ppl who wanted to know where I got my hair done. I explained and sent them to your sight. Why spend 90.00 at a salon like my mother did for dye/highlights in a pixi hairsytle. Omg! I can get 3 kits with extras for that price. Perfect All over Color.Love It! I've only used it once so far. It seems to last longer than store bought. Getting ready to touch up roots. Perfect shadeI love eSalon! My hair is naturally Red/copper. I started going grey a few years ago, so I decided to start covering those pesky little hairs at a local salon. This would cost me over $125 each trip. I then found eSalon. At first I was concerned they wouldn’t be able to match my color but after a few tweaks, it’s perfect!! My hair feels so soft after coloring, which amazes me. Now coloring doesn’t dry my hair out and my natural wavy hair is bouncy and soft. At 48, I have the hair I had at 20. VERY long lasting color, no washout or fading and gentle on hair. Simply the best and so happy I finally tried after researching their product, colors available, its process, customer reviews.
