Love eSalon!I wanted a slight alteration in the custom color by eSalon. I corresponded with the master colorist and was sent a new formulation that was exactly what I wanted (I wanted a little more red added in). MUST TRY TO LOVE IT!!!I LOVE the customer service and how they work with you to change the color tone to your desire. The product it self has held up. I would Love it more if they had an offer of double the amount because of the thickness and length of my hair I need more than the average sent and I'm sure there are others that would appreciate a continual SPECIAL rate with more quantity to cover such needs.
