Not as I expectedI followed the instructions very carefully as I did not want any mistakes, however, once I had washed out the color after the 30 minute wait time I have pink hair at my roots ! I am so upset. No velvet tone seen at all, not even subtle!Not really happy with the outcome as no velvet tone seen at all. My hair just looks like darkest brown with a hint of red at top/root which was ok, even though I didn't plan to have red tone, but the rest didn't have any velvet tone at all! I chose this option as I really like that tone. I noticed that the color diagram for bottle 2 shows quite a large portion of velvet but not sure if it was because the dark brown was too strong that overpower the velvet tone or the time instructed was not long enough (only 10 minutes for bottle 2). OK, not great.I was excited to try this but I am pretty disappointed. First I called customer service about my order because it looked like it was just sitting at USPS and the person who answered was just plain rude, no other way to put it. I did get my colour a few days later and tried it last night. Overall it was easy to use and the instructions are well written. Here is what is not good- 1. This is most definitely not made for long-haired ladies. There was nowhere near enough colour to cover my hair and I can see where I ran out. So if you have long, thick hair, beware, you will not get enough product. 2. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the box. Not a big deal, I used my own, but don't advertise it if you don't plan on putting it in the box. 3. The ammonia smell is pretty bad. PerfektIch habe ein neues Foto zugefügt. Meine Colorista hat mich zwecks Beratung extra nochmal angerufen und mich beraten. Und das Ergebnis ist perfekt! Die Farbe ist sehr gut zu verarbeiten und das Haar sieht nach der Coloration sehr gepflegt aus. An alles wurde gedacht und so konnte ich ohne weiteren Einkauf meine Haare colorieren.
