Been using for yearsI enjoy the convenience. I use for gray coverage. I still get stains but they fade within a day or 2. Even using the stain guard. The color can feel kind of like paint at times. That might be my fault for leaving it in too long. The colorists are helpful. Adjusting the darkness to my needs. Good product. I love the color match, I love how liquid the formula is--makes it easy to spread and massage in; No smell. The color is dimensional.
