Colour KitGreat service, I loved the individuality of it all, but the colour you arranged for me was horrible. It was the worst colour I've ever had my hair. I had to dye over it with a dark brown a couple days later. It's a shame, because I really liked the idea of it. Initially very pleasedWas initially very pleased with the colour and covering. However after only 2 weeks my grey was showing through and not from regrowth. It had been applied correctly and i used their colour shampoo and conditioner. I have sent an email asking if my colour can be adjusted and they said yes. My Medium-dark Blonde roots turned a bright orange color.I haven't colored my hair in a year (which was done by a professional colorist at professional salon and matched my natural hair color previously).
