Loved the packaging, color didn't work for meI loved how easy it was to mix the color but it was the wrong color. My hair is dark brown/black and the color was more of a milk chocolate. It also didn't cover a lot of the gray. Second shipment, the color was darker but not dark enough and again had the same issues with the grays. Yep super brassy and white hair redI’m at a loss. I was very specific and what I said my problems were. I was very hopeful. Once again, yes, the brown and the light and brown from the sun came out a beautiful, dark, medium hash brown any hairs that were white, even softened beforehand and developer applied beforehand to open the pores and left it.
