It was easy to use. Instructions were a breeze to follow. I am almost 71 years old. It looks remarkable. My husband of 52 years said it is the same color as in my high school days. Thank you so much. Cant wait to see how color stays true to todays color. Phylis

My first match was way too dark. They gave me a lighter color (for FREE I might add). It was a perfect match and I'm so happy I kept trying. Each person I talked with was very helpful and kind. Thank you eSalon!! So. Much.
