Ruined my hairAfter the first kit I ordered didn't cover my greys (less than 20% of my hair so not a lot of grey to cover) they sent me another kit with a different formula for the roots and the lengths. However as there were different amounts of developer, the sun has lightened the top of my hair differently to the lengths and I now have a visible tide mark around the top of my head. It is too soon to dye my hair all over again so I'm using temporary gloss to try and blend it and then will likely have to go to a salon. I contacted the support team for advice on how to fix it and they didn't even respond. I have cancelled and would advise others to proceed with caution. Sehr gute FarbeHabe jetzt mein Set benutzen können. Musste noch 4 Wochen abwarten, da meine letzte Ansatzfärbung erst 4 Wochen alt war. War am Anfang etwas skeptisch, da mein Ansatz Lichtblond gefärbt wird und beim Friseur immer etwas lila wurde. Bei dieser Farbe kam kein lila. Hatte schon Bedenken, dass der Ansatz nicht blond wird und ich eventuell zu viel Farbe in mein restliches Haar bringe. Bei meiner Kurzfrisur ist das Teilen in 4 Partien gar nicht möglich. Leider nicht den gewünschten EffektIch habe naturblonde Haare. Beim letzten Friseurtermin wurden meine spitzen heller gemacht und mein Ansatz dunkler. Somit hatte ich 3 verschiedene Haarfarben. Ich habe mir bei esalon neue Farbe bestellt, auch beschrieben das ich die hellen Haare von den Spitzen für den ganzen Kopf möchte (Fotos habe ich mit geschickt). Great value and easy to use—just goes a bit light!This hair dye is incredibly easy to apply. It left my hair feeling great! My only minor issue is that the final color came out a bit lighter than the shade I ordered. However, the formula is fantastic and I still highly recommend it. A bit challenging for a first timerThe application stage was okay but I found the rinsing off process really challenging. The colour was very thick and gloopy and it got everywhere.
