My first match was way too dark. They gave me a lighter color (for FREE I might add). It was a perfect match and I'm so happy I kept trying. Each person I talked with was very helpful and kind. Thank you eSalon!! So. Much.

I am extremely pleased with this product. I color my hair every 5-6 weeks to cover a crown of grey around my hairline. I usually home color from Sally's. I normally like those results but I decided to try ESALON. I wanted to get away from the red in my hair. I left notes and the colorist got it perfect! It covered my grey in very natural way. I really love it. This products left my hair super soft and healthy.

I can't believe how long the color last, without a lot of fading. It covers my gray hair without a problem. I love it.
