Always the perfect colorLove eSalon color--been using it for 10+ years! This review is more about the excellent customer service experience I just had. I forgot to adjust my order and had a couple recurring products that I did not need to re-order yet. The order was processed, but they made it so easy for me to change it even after the fact. 5 minutes on the phone, no arguing, just understanding, kindness, and a quick cancellation/refund. Tolles Ergebnis. Gerne wieder!Natürlich ist es entspannter beim Friseur zu sitzen und machen zu lassen... Doch die Qualität und das prächtige Farbergebnis bei der Preisersparnis gegenüber einem Salontermin haben mich überzeugt: Die Farbe sieht sehr natürlich aus, was mir super gut gefällt und dennoch sieht man den Rotstich, was dem Ganzen das interessante Etwas verleiht. Farben im Laden vor Ort bekommen das nicht hin. Die sehen entweder nur natürlich aus oder künstlich, Die Mischung macht's! Probiert es aus und ändert, wann und was auch gefällt. Great natural color!I love the adjustment to my custom color. Red hair is a hard color to match, and this was just the right amount of red to add to my blend to get the look I was going for.
