2nd time around is much betterThe first color was awful and caused me to have to use baking soda to try to remove it. The 2nd time was a very close match to my old color. No gray coverage, not 100% satisfied with color resultI wanted to love this and followed the instructions carefully. Unfortunately, I got NO gray coverage with my formula and what was supposed to be a cool neutral blonde, was very warm and a bit brassy.
