Esalon send an email stating when they are about to mix your colour and you can message the colourist directly. Easy to mix and apply with esalons mixing bowl and brush. Colorist really gave me what I wanted!I've had only good experiences with eSalon colorists when I've requested a modification to my color. This was my second time using this color, and it is spot-on! I'm omitting the 5th star not because of the color set, but because the whole process is too messy for me. I don't like using my shower to rinse my head. WOW 🤩Amazing. I’m 30 and have greys. I plan to eventually accept them but for now this is the bees knees. I found this brand and sent a picture of my greys and what I wanted. They sent a set of dye for greys and the rest of my hair. My only complaint is I wish they could use a measuring formula for grey and non-grey so I don’t throw away half a bottle of both dyes. Really niceI've only used eSalon twice. The first time, I ordered what I thought I needed. The results were fine, but I really needed an expert to give me more advice. The second time, the colorist who helped me was awesome. She talked me through the WHY she recommended what she did. The results were good with one exception... my hair ended up MUCH darker than I expected, and my grey roots weren't covered. I followed the instructions well, so who knows what happened. Great colorFor the first time in 5 years, I was somewhat disappointed in my results. My color choice hasn't changed, but it seems like the color, once mixed was significantly thicker than it has been previously. I kept the color on the length of time I normally do but it did not seem to cover as well this time. It has been about a week and a half and the coverage of my grey hairs is definitely not great and not what I normally get from esalon..... 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. DisappointmentI was disappointed that no brush was included. I was so excited to finally have my hair done only to find out at that point that no pressure is included in a repeat order. I emailed, no response. I called up and was told I’d have to pay an extra $1.29 for a brush.But I wanted to return the product I was told because I open the box there would be a $15 charge.
