Better than I expected!I have never had any luck using boxed color that I purchased from the store, it never colored my grays. This product directions were SUPER easy to follow and the color is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can't even find a gray hair! Wonderful colorMy hubby and I are thrilled with my new color! My roots are still a little dark..maybe leave on a little longer next time? But over all, we are well pleased with the ease of use and spot on color results! To be honest, I was skeptical of an online hair coloring purchase. But we are absolutely thrilled! Excellent esalon colorThe custom kit arrived quickly and was a well thought out kit including thorough instructions, 2 pairs of quality gloves, shampoo, conditioner, and the color.
