Love this company!The product is awesome. The packaging is perfect. But, for some reason, my hair really turned orange with this. But, I LOVE the attention and care that ESalon takes with me. They really seem to care and have always gotten back to me when I've had questions. I will definitely stay with this company until I find a color that works with my hair!! I love this color!**I was tired of paying so much for getting my hair colored. AKA: hiding the gray. I have tried "other" online color companies. It seemed just like buying color in the store. One color box fits all. It was always to dark and lightened up very brassy. Not Esalon. This is the real deal in specific made for you color. Love the product.
