Hair ColorI really like the ease of doing my own hair color, but the past two times, it doesn’t seem to cover my gray as good or as long. I have been leaving the color on for 40 minutes instead of 30 minutes as suggested and that doesn’t work either. Didn't cover my gray. Very disappointed!I followed all of your instructions very carefully and the results were poor. Your product costs more than 3X what I paid for another popular brand purchased from my drugstore, and that product worked much better. I would like to cancel my future orders. Gray coverage just okayThis time around the color was much closer to what I was looking for. I just wish that my colorist had listened a bit more to what I was looking for the first time. I think that the pics may not have been taken into consideration and would rather have had the option to talk to my colorist on the phone to accurately describe what I was looking for. To just touch up my roots the one bottle seems to be okay but when I got my first color for my entire head 2 bottles was not enough. HorribleI used this product thinking it would change my dark brown hair to this nice brown reddish color and it didn’t change my color at all. My hair is still dark brown and no where near the color I ordered!! I refuse to order any more 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
