First time purchaseOrdered the kit to highlight my hair, mixed colour as directed, left colour on for time specified, used the shampoo and conditioner as provided. Color drab, no shine.The color is drab doesn’t shine. It’s still dark even with the color adjustment. I wanted to try all over color for my next order.but these results, I’ve reconsided.
