Started doing this due to the virus. Totally nervous the entire time the first time. Turned out great! Instructions were super easy to understand and follow. They sent everything I needed. The second time was not scary at all. The third time easy peasy. Am all in! Not paying salon price anymore!

My customized color is perfect, thanks to my colorist who took the time to make sure it was just what I wanted. I never knew there was another option to get salon quality color, but this is the way to go. Saving quite a bit of money too!

Easy to use, excellent instructions and salon color results. One exception is the shipping of the product. Of the 3 I have receiced so far, one came leaking and was not useable and another got lost in the mail. Each were replaced free of charge. However, if you are waiting on the product to color your hair for an event so you look freshly colored, I recommend having an extra on hand.
