Perfection!The last 17 times I’ve colored my hair have been with my eSalon custom color. At first I was skeptical because I’m Asian and previously had bad experiences with other colors, this was at home and at the salon. It wasn’t the color I expected BUTThe customer service was wonderful. I must have clicked a wrong button somewhere (remind self to order from my tablet not my tiny phone screen!) and I ended up with a root touch up that didn’t really change my hair color much.
