Not happyDid all I was meant to do even sent in photos and was reluctant to colour my hair as I had previously had the ends bleached so contacted stylist and asked again if it would be ok was assured all would be well so now I have purple roots and brown ends 👍🏻 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Lives up to the hype!Everything is 100pc loveable about this colour system. I patch tested 48 hours before colouring my hair, expecting some slight stinging at least, as that's what usually happens when I try others brands out. But nothing and I mean NOTHING hurt or stung, before/during/after I coloured my hair The colour was lovely and rich and very shiny. Anytime I ask a question of one of the colourists, they get back to me in a reasonable amount of time and I feel I can trust their advice. Perfect!!After speaking w/colorist and readjusting my color, I got my package, used it immediately and the color is a perfect match to the picture I sent. I have to say, the color doesnt fade like most store bought colors do. You'll never see your color running down the drain every shampoo. The color lasts, my hair is shiny & soft.
