I love the custom color.I chose a reddish brown with gold mixed in. Loved the color and got so many compliments on it. Easy to use & color just rightI’ve been coloring/covering my gray at a salon for 20 years so was hesitant to try an online color service. My goal was to “buy some time” between salon services and esalon has enalbled me to do just that. The color is spot on/excellent gray coverage, & doesn’t fade. Better then salon colorI used this for the first time a few weeks ago and I have to say I'm already hooked! The people are awesome and answer your questions, and the color is amazing! I always liked my salon color, but after 2 or 3 washes I could tell it faded and continued to do so. This color I got (light brown red mahogany) so far has held up a lot better. You can still see the red a few weeks later. (Red washes out quickly). Also my hair feels great. I was worried since I know box color is so bad for your hair how this would turn out.
