Fun, easy and beautiful color!Fun to get the custom created color box with items that help make putting on color incredibly easy as you get everything you need to do the job. Submitting a pic helps in guiding the colorist to a beautiful color better than the retail "box" and easier to follow instructions. Grey coverage is thorough and color is even! The shampoo/conditioners left my hair silky and so touchable that I got compliments an hour after I finished! Thank you for these quality products. Much thought has been put in the creation of these products, ease of color selection, packaging, how-to videos and ordering. Years of despair are finally over!My first e-salon colour was a little too golden for me (the result I was after was a light brown, with a teeny golden shine) so I requested a slight change. My new tweaked colour arrived and it still needed a little tweak. The 3rd month my new colour turned up, after my request to make it more neutral, and all I can say is THANK YOU! It's perfect, I absolutely love the colour! I have spent years trying to get the result I now get with e-salon...hundreds and hundreds of pounds spent in salons trying to get the colour I now have. I was at a point where my bad experiences in salons made me too anxious to go back, and I saw e-salon online and thought I would give it a go. After 3 attempts I am now where I have always wanted to be! The service is great, the application is quick and easy, and my hair looks like it could have been done in the salon, but it was done by my own fair hands, a colour brush, and a bit of determination.
