I'm Committed to eSalon!!I love my new hair color. I was very excited when I received my personalized hair kit. I was much more impressed by the individual customization this company delivers- my colorist called me to discuss my expectations. I'm a Black Woman with locs, and hair coloring can be a tricky and lengthy process. eSalon tailored a kit JUST FOR ME, that worked well. No more store bought hair color boxes for me. I love how well the color took to my locs and especially the coverage of the "random" grays. Within 10 minutes of applyng the color mixture, I saw the transformation happening and was amazed at how easily the mixture saturated my locs. 2 hours later, my friend and I were both in awe with the product! Best ColorI have NEVER been able to color my hair. It Always turned out brassy,copper AND burned my hair. Because of Covid19 I had no choice, so I did a Over the counter box and it was ok. Then I came across esalon . So glad I did ! My 1st try was pretty good but more brass than I wanted. So I took a picture of my hair And emailed it to esalon and expressed my color desire , so they made Another-color for me and They Nailed It. My Color looks SO Good And Natural. The BEST at home coloring experience I have ever had!I usually go with Madison Reed. I am so glad that I came across this website and ordered the color. I am in love with my hair! Roots are gone!Had a real issue with white roots not taking the color or washing out by 1st shampoo...I wasnt happy as I had tried esalon to fix the issue and the first formula did not....they reformulated my color at no charge and finally...white roots are gone!! Great idea in theory...I compliment the company on their idea. However, trying to match my color on line just did not work. I am a red head by bottle and my colorist sent me a bottle of light brown with red highlights that did not cover my grey wisps. So, disappointed and depressed, I don't even want to look in the mirror. The products were good quality, my hair is soft, little to no bad smell. For $29.99 you would think they could throw in a small plastic trash bag? I am going back to my OTC color and save $10.
