Love ItThis is by far the best hair coloring product I have ever used. The color is brilliant and so natural looking, folks cannot tell that I even dye my hair. I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years and this is best condition my hair has even been. Can't beat the price. This was better than I thoughtThis product was great, I liked how everything I needed was included with the order, the only issue was that one of the bottles leaked during shipping. Even with some of the product missing, it still activated and worked with the color. I liked how my hair felt after coloring it, my hair was not dried out and felt soft and silky. Demi - colorI was very apprehensive about ordering a hair color on-line, but what attracted me to Esalon services were the question they ask prior to matching me to a color that would suit me and cover my gray. Customer service extraordinareI've yet to have a truly perfect color on day 1. It's usually 3-5 days later when things "settle down" that it reaches the image I've had in my mind. What I love about E-salon is their wiliness to tweak your color to your specifications so that you are happy. With the colors I've gotten to this point I give them a platinum star in customer service and an amount gold star in the color area.
