so happy!Thank you for a great product and fantastic service! The initial color was too dark. I contacted Ally and sure enough, a lighter color was on the way! I am very happy with not only the color; but the condition of my hair (super soft and shiny.) I also like that there is no harsh ammonia smell and the color lasts.
