Not at all what was requested and sentI recently went to a salon and paid $200 +to remove black from my hair. Wanting to even out the color and after all the questions light brown is what was sent. Not ImpressedThe color was much lighter than portrayed on the site. Also, I followed the instructions exactly, and have a lot of experience with coloring my own hair, and even still, my grey did not cover. I even left it on a bit longer for good measure. Great customer serviceI want to thank your color specialist Noel. My first experience was disasterous, color was to dark and didn't cover the gray my hair was dry like straw. I called and Noel really listened and heard my frustrations...she explained her process of lifting my color and a new processing time! Salon Quality ColourI've purchased a colour set 3 times over the last few months. Last time I wanted a slight change so explained in a message. The colour was adapted slightly however was really great and what I wanted. The coverage is fantastic, it goes on with ease but do follow the instructions. My hair looks shiny and healthy and the colour is not flat. In fact it looks like I've had lots of different blond highlights through it. I'm really pleased I gave it a go. It is more expensive than box colour but I do think there is a clear difference in quality.
