Best color experienceI was hesitant to go with the colorists recommendation bc I’ve colored my own hair forever and get like I knew what I wanted. AnsatzHeute erste mal gewaschen, Ansatz leuchtet. Sonst ist die Idee lustig, warte auf angepasste Farbe, sollte jetzt etwas dunkler werden. Wenn Ansatz sich wieder auswäscht, mache ich nicht weiter. Denke aber es liegt am Farbton. Im Laden müsste ich immer ein Ton heller nehmen und kommt immer dunkler raus. Color was not lightened as stated in emailI put in request to change my current color as I wish to go lighter. The email response was Esalon would lighten my current as much as possible and recommended a color lightening set along with my color. I added the lightening set and continued to check the color change on my regular color. Unfortunately until after it shipped was I able to see the adjustments and nothing was adjusted.
