Love the color!I found my initial color a bit dark, and when this adjustment came, I was afraid it was too different and nervous of the "gold" for the ends. But no fear, it was just a tinge lighter and brighter which is what I was looking for. I keep staring at the mirror, indoors and outside with the sun on my hair, and it is shiny and beautiful! Cool red tones and a little bit of greyI am now in love with this color- it fits me like a glove. It’s the perfect amount of copper with ash with blonde. The new formula is a little bit less runny and did a lot better covering greys than last time. I left it on for 45 minutes after I covered everything (compared to the recommended 30), but once I washed and dried and styles there were still a few stray greys and the most subtle line coming through where the darker hair growth was before the dye job. Faded quickly on graysI absolutely loved the color of my hair after my first esalon order. My only complaint is that the color faded after 3 washes on the grays around my hairline. Not quite rightThis color never took. The color smelled differently and was watery. I’m thinking either they changed a product or I got a bad batch. I was never offered another bottle even after chatting with a customer service agent.
