Pleasantly/Happily AmazedI would have liked more of a Blue/black,instead of a Soft black. But i have to admit that this is by far the Best hair colour. The color I've been looking for!!This is the perfect color! I've been searching for this color for years! With all it's gold copper highlights on an ash mahogany base it's the closest thing to my natural hair color. I've been experimenting with eSalon Demi permanent colors for a few months while in search of a color I would feel comfortable wearing permanently, and this is it!! Way easier than I thought!I just wanted a good color match to cover my grey roots but I was afraid that I would get the color wrong or I would burn my hair and scalp or something else diasterous would happen and NONE OF IT DID! The color match was perfect, the communication and directions were great and I knew exactly what to do and how to do it. eSalon made it really easy to follow and provided everything I needed to do the job completely. I didn't even have the dye ring around my scalp that I usually do when I leave the salon ( due to the stain guard and clean up toilette they provided)- everything was perfect and every last detail was thought of! So easy to use with fantastic result.As seasoned colour user I was sceptical but hopeful about using this product. It's very easy to use and the result was so much better than I expected for a complete colour change. Good overall coverage and colour really matches my natural colour and therefore my skin tone really well. It was right first time which is unheard of for blonde to brown colour I have previously achieved. Very good product arrived quickly.
