Great customer service & great products.I ordered what I thought was an ash blonde and after coloring there was almost no change to my hair color. The team worked with me to get another color out to me that was more of what I was looking for. Aside from the one order, I have been extremely happy with how my hair has turned out. 2 different colours?Finally got round to doing my colour - not quite what I was expecting and not what I ordered (medium blonde.) The roots are now strawberry blonde and the ends are blue/green. I wanted to go slightly lighter than my natural dark blonde, which was shiny and healthy looking. I've now got dull khaki ends and dull strawberry roots. It looks awful and as I don't wish to make my hair any drier, I've go to wait until it fades. Luckily my hair is long so I can put it up and hide the really nasty bits.
