First time userLoved everything I purchased, instructions were so awesome since it has been almost 15 years since I colored my hair. Very professional like packaging, service etc. It was like you becoming your own stylist loved it. My Ideal Color on the First Try!!!!HOORAY!!!! For the first time in coloring my own hair, it is finally the color I wanted!!! I’m so happy!! I have tried other brands and couldn’t get the right color. This is the first time I have used eSalon. I love having my own personal colorist and such great guidelines to follow. Because of them I was able to choose a color that totally works for me. And if I ever need to tweak it, I have the resources right at hand with eSalon. Coloring my hairWow, my stylist was spot on.She took the time to talk to me on the phone and explain step by step the process. ColourMy god I dnt know where to start apart from saying I made the best decision in whole of my life joining yourself, my hair and the colour amazing, so soft so silky and the amount of compliments I receive its amazing. The color set is fineIt's not the color that I'm unhappy with, it's the carrier, USPS, you use for shipping. It has been taking almost 3 weeks from the time it is shipped to get to me. I realize that they have been overwhelmed with deliveries but other carriers are much more efficient. I'm suggesting you change carriers.
