Great Product and Great Customer ServiceI colored my hair 2 days ago with eSalon's custom color set and it came out great! I am so surprised because I have never done it myself and I'm not so good with styling my hair and doing makeup. I will definitely order it again in 6 weeks. After I placed my initial order and sent a photo of my hair, Mindy sent me an email recommending I go with a lighter shade than I had chosen. She was right! Thank you for great customer service! Exactly what I wanted!Hello, I've been trying since last October to get this shade of color! I'm finally with the color I was hoping to get. So happy with the product. I tried to color my hair on my own then failed so went to a salon but that ate up lots of my money and still not entirely satisfied. Exactly what I wantedi am restricted to my home for health reasons and was nervous about dying my hair the first time. This made it super easy. There were some unforeseen preferential adjustments to be made but I got exactly what I'd asked for and the colourist worked asap to make changes to my next order.
